Not only that, U17B Dan Townsend reset three U17B records - the 110m hurdles, 700g Javelin and 5kg Shot Put. There were two girls' records broken as well. Maddy Jones microtomed 0.1 seconds off the U12G 60m hurdles record by running the distance in 10.1 seconds, and Amie Bowrie blitzed the previous record by running the U8G 700m Pack Start event in 2‑31.1 m‑ss.s.
