  Last competition
Results from our competition held on Saturday, 4 February are now on line. You can also download the Personal Bests that were achieved. Check the Centre Results page for more. You can also download the Current Centre records (12kB pdf). Although the weather was unsuitable for our Septathlon competition, we still managed to run a 5‑event wet weather program that consisted mainly of track events.

  Next competition
Our next Centre competition will be held on Saturday, 11 February. It will commence at 7:30am with an optional middle distance 1500m or 3000m run and at 7:45am there will be a warm-up (for those who didn't run a middle distance event)
Our Septathlon has been deferred to 25 February due to unsuitable weather.

There will be NO Centre competition on Saturday, 18 February because many of our athletes, parents and key officials will be participating in the Region 1 Championships at Narrabeen.
and the 6‑event program will start at 8:00am. Field and equipment set‑up will be by the U9 parents plus whoever is able to help. [U9 parents will be sent a reminder e‑mail later in the week.]

The 6‑event schedule will be Program P16 which you will be able to download shortly. This program will be crafted to provide additional competition sequences for athletes competing in the Region 1 Championships at Narrabeen on the following weekend, 18-19 February. Given suitable weather, we expect to offer most events next week.

  Equipment setup
On 11 February, the U9 parents are rostered to setup from 6:30am. As well, the U9 parents will be asked to provide two parents to staff the canteen for the morning and two parents to operate the barbecue. A reminder e-mail will be sent out to U9 parents in the coming week.

  Star Awards
There were no Stars awarded at competition on 4 February, however we expect our Table Ladies will be back on deck next week. Meanwhile, you can download the Star Award criteria for Boys (76kB pdf) and Girls (76kB pdf). More...
