TRAINING & COACHING
|
TRAINING: Training is free and covers basic skills and techniques in track and field events. We recommend that athletes begin training from U7 age groups. Children are asked to wear comfortable clothing, running shoes, and water to drink. Events covered at training will vary from week to week. Athletes must decide their event to train for that day and not swap during training sessions.
CLOTHING: Casual / Mufti - Centre uniform not required at training sessions.

Please note, all athletes are required to warm up prior to participating. Latecomers will not be accepted into the throws events. Long jump and triple jump training will commence when the evenings get lighter.
