The NSW State Cross Country Championships.
If you are looking to try and gain selection for the NSW State Cross Country Team you must enter this event and compete along with the NSW Short Course Cross Country being held the following month.
To compete and be eligible for our Championship you will have to hold a Dual, Concession, Open or Winter membership with Athletics NSW.
What events can I run?
Race distances are based on age, see below:

What age group do I compete in?
All age groups for Junior and Open age division will be calculated as per 31stDecember 2023. Please see the table below as a guide when registering.
All masters age groups will be calculated as per the athletes age on the day of competition.
