Please arrive at 7:45am (or earlier if you haven't collected your bib pack yet) and find your age group manager.

Expect some organised chaos for the first week or two.

Set Up crew are families with surname A-D who are required to arrive at 6:45am sharp ready to get out equipment and set up the grounds.  All instructions will be provided.

At the end of your morning please lend a hand to pack away equipment.
